These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the terms of Reveald's marketing services provided via its website and define the rights and obligations of the parties involved.

Purpose

The purpose of these GTCS is to define the conditions under which Reveald offers its branding services and the terms under which the client may purchase such services.

Marketing Services

The services offered include:

Complete visual identity design (Logo, Typography, Colors)

Orders

The client may place orders online via the Reveald website.

Service Delivery

Services are provided online. The delivery of creative assets and the project workflow take place via a client portal, access to which is granted following the purchase.

Right of Withdrawal and Refunds

In accordance with applicable legislation, the client does not have a 14-day right of withdrawal. This right does not apply to the services provided by Reveald. The client cannot request a refund, as the work performed constitutes an artistic creation. Reveald commits to providing an unlimited number of revisions until the client is satisfied.
